MY STRUGGLE FOR THE EXISTENCE

As I ruminate on my life's journey, I am reminded of the capricious nature of fate, which can effortlessly metamorphose one's existence in the blink of an eye. At the tender age of six, I became an orphan, bereft of the loving care and nurturing presence of my parents. This cataclysmic event would indelibly leave an imprint on my psyche, shaping my worldview and informing my future endeavors.

Despite the formidable challenges that lay ahead, I was fortunate to have my indefatigable single Muslim mother, Shazia Rehman, who assumed the onerous responsibility of raising me. Her unwavering dedication, unrelenting perseverance, and unconditional love served as a bulwark against the vicissitudes of life, enabling me to navigate the complexities of growing up.

As I traversed the labyrinthine corridors of my educational journey, I began to develop a profound affinity for Hinduism and, more importantly, humanism. The eclectic mix of philosophical and theological perspectives that I encountered during my formative years served as a catalyst, fostering a deep-seated appreciation for the inherent value and dignity of every human being.

My academic pursuits took me to the hallowed portals of Kendriya Vidyalaya, where I had the privilege of learning from some of the most erudite and pedagogically gifted educators in the country. I subsequently pursued a postgraduate degree in History, Economics, and Geography, among other subjects, which further honed my analytical and critical thinking skills.

In addition to my academic endeavors, I also acquired a diploma in Urdu language and computer science, as per my mother's wishes. This enabled me to develop a deeper understanding of my Muslim heritage and foster a sense of cultural connectivity with my community.

However, as I matured and began to question the rigid boundaries of organized religion, I found myself increasingly drawn to the principles of humanism. For me, humanism represents a paradigmatic shift in perspective, one that prioritizes the inherent value and dignity of every human being, regardless of their background, culture, or faith.

My professional journey has been marked by a deep commitment to education and humanism. I completed a graduation teacher's and counselor course, which empowered me to work with students and help them navigate their own life journeys. I also had the opportunity to work as a spokesperson for a national political party, where I advocated for policies that promoted social justice and human rights.

One of the most rewarding experiences of my life has been working as a PGT History teacher at Sena Vidyalaya Bharat. Teaching has afforded me the privilege of inspiring and mentoring young minds, and I am deeply grateful for the experience.

As I reflect on my life's journey, I am reminded of the importance of empathy, compassion, and kindness. For me, good students and humanity are the foundation of my ethics, and I believe that every individual has the potential to make a positive impact in the world.

As I look to the future, I am committed to continuing my work in education and human rights. I envision a world where people can live in harmony, without conflict or division. It is a lofty goal, but I believe that it is possible, one small step at a time.

In conclusion, my life's journey has been a testament to the power of resilience, humanism, and education. As I navigate the complexities of an increasingly interconnected world, I remain committed to upholding the values of empathy, compassion, and kindness, and to inspiring others to do the same.
